I have a wide range of skills that make me great at operations and improving them. As a Data Analyst I learned to spot trends and deliver results, so decisions are informed and strategic.
From that I took on leadership roles as a Farm Manager. I managed operations, optimized resources and led teams to hit big targets. This role also helped me to plan strategically and adapt to change, so goals were always met.
As an Administrative Assistant I honed my organizational skills, managing schedules, correspondence and documentation to keep day to day operations running smoothly. My attention to detail and ability to streamline processes added value to the teams I supported.
