In my previous role as HR Manager for a multi-sector group (tiles, import & trading, oil & gas, pharmaceuticals, with 8 nationwide outlets), I led strategic People Operations efforts across all business units. Two standout projects include:
Quarterly Group-wide Learning & Development Programs: These synchronized training sessions were tailored to the unique needs of each team and ensured consistent learning outcomes across departments.
A Group-wide Customer Service Initiative: This was the first of its kind in the organization and significantly boosted employee engagement and cross-functional collaboration.
Beyond formal HR roles, I also volunteer in a global coaching community where I initiated and led People programs, such as the Guest Speaker Series, a platform bringing international coaches to share lived coaching experiences and foster growth within our community.
