Chiara Massetti

I’m a QA professional with over 8 years of combined experience in software testing, IT support, and consulting. I’ve worked across different industries and teams, always focused on improving product quality through clear communication, structured manual testing, and attention to detail.

My main strengths are manual testing, test case design, API testing (Postman), and working in Agile environments. I’ve used tools like Jira and Trello for bug tracking and planning, and I’m comfortable writing documentation and communicating with both technical and non-technical teams.

I’ve tested web and mobile applications, improved bug resolution times, and helped reduce production issues. I also have experience training users and acting as a link between dev teams and end users.

I enjoy collaborating, spotting edge cases, and making sure everything works as expected before release. I’m fluent in English and Spanish, and I work well in remote, cross-functional teams.

Now I’m looking for a remote QA role where I can contribute to building solid, user-friendly products while continuing to grow as a tester.
