I was a Back Office Receptionist in a Solar Company in Western Australia where I answer occasional calls, handle client inquiries, book appointments with clients & sub-contractors, email management/filtering, file management (organizing files using Dropbox) and following up with clients/customers (sending thank you and other reminder emails).

 I was also a trainee of Gryphon Global Outsourcing Company as a Lead Generation Specialist where we do cold calling for Solar Panel installation in Western Australia and Melbourne Victoria.

The longest work experience that I had was Virtual Assistant in Fernandos Half Price Removals and P&T Removals and Storage. I worked as a VA for almost three years. I do email management/filtering, handle client inquiries by phone and email, provide ales invoices, make quotations for clients, send out the requested information to clients and other companies, flight bookings, creating basic reports (reports on weekly tasks), receptionist duties (answering occasional calls), file management (organizing files using One Drive), booking appointments with clients, personal errands (for friends/family members online), following up with clients/customers (sending thank you and other reminder emails).

I was also an Admin Staff of a local company here in the Philippines. My duties were creating reports on sales of the company (daily, weekly & monthly) and provide sales invoices.
