I am looking for a senior leadership role where I can leverage my 25+ years of expertise in Oracle ERP technologies to drive digital transformation, ERP modernization, and business value for global organizations. I want to contribute at a strategic level—partnering with CXOs and business leaders—to define ERP roadmaps, lead large-scale Oracle ERP Cloud/EBS transformations, and establish governance, innovation, and operational excellence.

I am particularly interested in opportunities that allow me to:

• Lead and mentor high-performing global teams of ERP architects, consultants, and delivery managers.
• Define and execute strategies for ERP modernization, including Oracle Cloud migration, process automation, and integration with emerging technologies (AI/ML, RPA, Analytics).
• Partner with business stakeholders to align ERP solutions with organizational goals and deliver measurable ROI.
• Build strong client and vendor relationships while ensuring successful program delivery, compliance, and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to thought leadership, practice growth, and capability development in Oracle ERP technologies.
