I have worked as a Customer Care Specialist with 4 years of experience providing phone, email and chat support for customers across the United States. I have handled Phone, TV, Internet and Billing accounts from my work experience in the Business Process Outsourcing industry.

I want to become a freelancer so I can stay longer at home. Even though I stopped working in an office based company, I still train and enhance my skills through online research. My experience in Customer Service helped me build my confidence and adaptability I need for administrative and data entry work.
