Hi, I’m Cherryfel Pitogo — a passionate and results-driven leader with nearly a decade of experience in the BPO industry, specializing in team leadership, administrative operations, and performance optimization. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to lead diverse teams, work with global clients, and build a strong foundation in people management and process improvement.
Currently, I serve as an Admin Team Leader at Logix BPO, where I manage a dynamic team of 30–40 employees. My role bridges people and processes — from onboarding new hires to resolving escalations and implementing process improvements. I thrive on fostering collaboration, mentoring team members, and ensuring seamless communication between clients and internal departments.
My leadership journey began at Teleperformance, where I climbed the ranks from a Customer Service Representative to Trainer, Supervisor, and Subject Matter Resource. Along the way, I was honored with awards like Top Proficient Agent (2015), Top Subject Matter Resource (2016), and Best Tier 1 Trainer (2017). These milestones not only shaped my career but also strengthened my belief in continuous learning and mentorship.
At Curogram, I took on the role of Senior Team Leader and Executive Assistant to the Director — managing executive communications, creating SOPs, preparing reports, and leading five specialized teams. This experience further sharpened my organizational, analytical, and leadership skills, as I worked closely with both executive leaders and front-line staff to build new departments and improve operations.
One of my core strengths lies in turning challenges into opportunities for growth. Whether it’s conducting client meetings to improve service quality or developing team incentive systems, I approach every task with a proactive mindset and a focus on long-term success.
I studied at the University of the Philippines, which gave me a strong academic and analytical foundation for navigating complex business environments. Outside of work, I’m driven by a love for growth — whether that means learning new leadership strategies, exploring innovative tools, or helping others unlock their potential.
If there’s one thing that defines me professionally, it’s my commitment to building people-centered systems that work — systems that support both performance and well-being, and teams that are empowered, accountable, and constantly evolving.
