Hello there, I am Cherry Marvida 45 years old from Philippines. I worked as a Customer Service Representative for almost three years, My tasks were answering inbound calls specially customers with problem with their internet connection. I pacified them most of the time and find solutions to the problem by doing a basic troubleshooting. I used different kind of tools, send emails to the specific department handles the problem and make sure the customers find solution to the problem. I worked also as an Office Assistant after that job and I was assigned to answer incoming calls, also do outgoing calls, encoded daily sales and inventory, monitors email from all of the clients. I am familiar in MS word, Excel and Canva.
