I have been working since 2012. Since then, I have gained wide knowledge in Project Management, Customer/Technical Support, Administrative responsibilities and Workforce Management.
As a Project Management Officer, I worked along with Project Managers in making sure that all objectives are met. Thinking outside of the box to have innovative ideas and strategies to ensure efficiency of every task.
On the other hand, when I was a customer /technical support specialist for Telstra, my main objective was to make all of my customers happy and to get the solutions to their problems right the very first time. My dedication and compassion in helping my customers brought me to promotion as the accounts subject matter expert.
As an SME, I worked along with supervisors in assisting agents' inquiries, taking supervisory calls, reviewing and analyzing metrics, generating reports and addressing each agent's opportunities through coaching and follow up in order turn opportunities to strength. In this role, my main responsibility is people development.
Presently, I am a Workforce Analyst. Being one, my responsibility is not only teams but the entire site. I master the art of multi-tasking and time management since majority of my tasks focus on real-time management. My main daily objective is to make sure that the company is getting profit by ensuring projected calls are all answered.
In addition, I just recently pass the Civil Service Examination, a national examination for civil eligibility, conducted last 12th of March. I am reliable, keen observer, and goal-driven. I can also multi-task and manage my time and deliverables under pressure.
With all my roles and experience, I am confident that I am very much suitable for the position.
I started out managing customer's concern, then managing team of consultants, and now bringing my operational and management skills to a higher perspective - managing the entire site. Now, just imagine what I can contribute to your company.
