I am an experienced Administrative and Customer Support Professional with a strong background in office management, client relations, and virtual assistance. My most recent role was as an Administrative Assistant at Guthrie-Jensen Consultants Inc., where I worked for 2 years and 7 months. In this role, I was responsible for managing executive calendars, scheduling meetings and training sessions, handling email correspondence, preparing documents, and maintaining organized filing systems. I also took on billing, invoicing, and quotation preparation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. This role strengthened my organizational abilities, attention to detail, and multitasking skills, as I often coordinated multiple priorities while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Prior to that, I worked as a Customer Sales Representative at Concentrix and a Customer Service Representative at Inspiro. These roles gave me the opportunity to interact directly with both Canadian and local clients, assisting them with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, processing transactions, and providing sales support.
