Hi! My name is Chelsea Manzano. I have a degree in Bachelor of Science in Nursing, but my career path led me into the field of logistics. My first job was as a Ground Handling Agent at United Parcel Service. I became curious about the broader supply chain process, which led me to accept a role as a Customer Service Assistant at a freight forwarding and brokerage company, where I stayed for 10 years.
I eventually left MBT for family reasons. At the time, my youngest son was starting nursery, and our long-time nanny had to leave. I needed to be more present at home. Not long after, I was offered a role at AMK Corp — the owner, who is the sister of my former employer, trusted me to support them as they launched the business. The hybrid setup allowed me to manage deliveries, orders, and supplier communications while balancing family responsibilities.
Now that my son is settled in school and we have a new nanny, I’m ready and excited to commit to a full-time role with a stable income and long-term growth. Over the years, I’ve developed strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills. I truly enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and helping clients with their logistics needs. I’m always eager to learn and take on new challenges.
