I worked as a Subject Matter Expert in VXI Global. My tasks includes training people, call auditing, sending e-mail to the clients, doing reports and assisting agents real-time. We are also required to undergo management and skills training. During the skills training, we are trained to use MS Word, MS Excel and MS Powerpoint for presentation while on the management training, we are trained how to handle situations and reporting. Before I joined my most recent employer, I've been in the BPO Industry for almost 6 years. I also had a non-BPO work experience which is being a data analyst in ADP Phils. ADP Phils. is a payroll company that caters client from US and Canada. I was hired as a Junior Data Analyst and we are the one who's keying in the information for our customers.
