When I was in college, I had this part-time job being a waitress at Fisherman's deck. On my vacant time at the University, I was doing paper works for faculty members, and the student-assistant of the dean. Unfortunately, my father lost his job due to the global crisis impacting Saudi Arabia. By that, I was forced to stop my college.
I had moved to Manila to search for a full-time job. Honestly, I find it hard for a first-timer to get along with the culture there but I need to deal with it. Then, I found Harte Hanks, my first ever call-center company. I was a technical support agent there. I tried getting the process, but I failed. I only work there for 2 months. I was disappointed. But I need to regain myself. I applied to C3CustomerChannel as a customer service representative. I was happy, I finally got a job where I can grow. For just 6 months, I was promoted as a Subject-matter expert and a become candidate for a team leader position. A year of working on this company leaves me exhausted. I felt like I'm not paid based on work.
I search for a new company that could compensate me well. Suddenly, I found HCL technology. I am a Senior Customer Support Executive. Handling financial account. They gave me growth. They make work as fun as possible. There's a light environment. I am currently working for this company.
