I have a demonstrated history of working in the BPO industry for almost 4 years.
During my first year in the BPO, I have handled a cable company provider in the US. The job is mainly helping customers about BGIS (Billing, General Inquiries, and Sales). I helped customers in understanding their billing cycle and due dates. Answering general questions about the product/services and offering upgrades for their TV programs and packages or paper views.
On my second year to present, I am handling an international retail company in the US. The job is about Order Entry and Service Recovery over the phone and through email. I assist customers in placing an order, answering general inquiry, provide order status, tracking orders, order replacement, and process return/exchange and refund.
I am a multi-skilled representative trained to handle inbound and outbound calls over the phone. While I can answer Backoffice, International, and Tier1/Tier2 in email.
Handling and supervising a team is also an advantage on my experience. I've learned diversity in managing people and that we have different motivations to perform a job well done.
