Working for 5 years with Mr. Donut Philippines have been a great opportunity and experience for me. I learned how to work under pressure, how to create quality work and exceeding the expectations of my bosses. Some of my duties and responsibilities working as a Billing and Collection Officer was performing accounting functions for financial segment of business including assisting in preparation and analysis of monthly reports, maintain and improve collection efficiency of assigned plant, review for accuracy, completeness and input collection records weekly, perform month expense and balance sheet account reconciliation and analysis, process on time posting of received payments, keep track records of assigned accounts, review and analyze monthly results to ensure accuracy of financial statements, making accruals and adjustments as needed, establish, maintain and coordinate the implementation of accounting and accounting procedures and lastly supervise input and handling of financial data and reports for the company's automated accounting systems. While working with a government agency is so different, but I also learned a lot like task of an admins support staff, data entry, working under pressure, familiarizing new systems used for paperless transactions, making sure that quotas are met and quality work are maintained.
