As an Auditor, I am tasked to check credit repair letter details, attachments and any inaccuracies of the letters, before letters will be sent to bureau, creditors or collectors. I also guides Credit Specialists whenever they have questions or when they are not sure on the next step that they will be doing.

As a Credit Repair Specialist, I was tasked to check client's credit report on a monthly basis, make dispute letters for any inaccuracies on the report and sends them to bureaus, creditors and collectors.

As a Telemarketer, I was tasked to gather information from certain prospects and qualifies them if they fit the criteria for a Debt Consolidation.

As a Customer Service Representative, I was tasked to guide patients on the details of their Insurance plan and what does it cover. Also, I assisted them on paying their plan, and whenever they need to update their information on the system.
