I am a hardworking and flexible professional with strong experience in customer service, sales, and order entry. Over the past few years, I’ve worked in many different industries, including pharmacy, telecommunications, insurance, finance, and online retail. Through all of these roles, I’ve learned how to communicate clearly, handle customer concerns, and work well under pressure.

Most recently, I worked as a Customer Service Representative at Seven Cells Pharmacy (February 2025 – August 2025). In this job, I helped customers with questions about their prescriptions, placed orders, and made sure everything was handled quickly and correctly. This role helped me build more patience, improve my listening skills, and stay calm even when things got busy or stressful.

Before that, I worked as a Sales Development Representative at Network Capital Funding Corporation (July 2024 – February 2025). There, I spoke with new clients, asked the right questions to understand their needs, and helped connect them with the right services. I learned how to build trust over the phone and explain things clearly, even when the topic was complex.

At Virgin Plus Canada (May 2023 – June 2024), I worked in both sales and customer service. I helped customers with account issues, explained plans and features, and encouraged them to try new services. I became good at solving problems on the spot and making sure each customer felt heard and valued.

Earlier in my career, I held roles at Winston Brands Inc., Stone Tapert Insurance Services, and Health IQ. These jobs helped me get started in sales and customer support. I learned how to enter orders, follow up with leads, and talk to customers in a friendly and helpful way. Each of these roles taught me something new and helped me become more confident in dealing with all kinds of people.

Throughout all of my jobs, I’ve shown that I can adapt quickly, work well in a team, and stay organized. I’m always ready to learn something new and take on new tasks. I care about helping people and doing my job well, no matter what industry I’m in.

As I continue to grow in my career, I hope to bring my strong customer service skills, positive attitude, and problem-solving abilities to a team where I can make a real difference.
