Over the last 14 years, I've built my career on 2 principles: Exceed Expectations & Add Value. I'm the person who only aims to hit the goal but to exceed it and take the performance on the next level. I consistently assess existing processes' effectivity on identifying gaps in performance resulting in a dramatic shift from a reactive approach to proactive. 

My daily question is: What else can I do to help my client serve their customers better?

The daily answers I come up with have been phenomenal and contributed in not just the overall satisfaction of the current customers but also having them promote our business to their colleagues, friends, and family. In addition to that, most of the answers to that one specific question resulted in developing a new service that the company can offer.

I strongly believe that one always needs to come from a desire to help and do better on a daily basis. It helped me earn 2 promotions in a company where I worked for 10 years and an early promotion in a company after 4 months to a Team Leader role. 

To add more, I have a desktop and laptop set up in my personal room with fast and reliable internet with 2 backups if and when there will be a power outage or loss of internet connection.
