The Consulting Academy Johannesburg, South Africa Associate Consultant September 2018 – February 2019  Managed the company’s website and social media platforms daily.  Created innovative and sustainable methods of digital tracking and analysis tools that significantly increased audience engagement by 60%.  Organised client acquisition events, which resulted in a partnership with the company’s sponsor.  Contributed towards internal work such as recruitment and application procedures. LEADERSHIP EXPERIENCE Christian Revival Church (CRC) Johannesburg, South Africa Supervisor May 2019 – December 2019  Managed two homecell leaders, which included meetings on weekly basis to monitor performance indicators.  Introduced a total of 17 people to the church, of whom all became active members. Homecell Leader April 2018 – May 2019  Increased church attendance by 31% since I started.  Held weekly bible study groups on a weekly basis, of a group of 20 people.  Established a contract with a bus company to get students to church every Sunday.
