I have worked in the BPO industry for a total of 7 years now. The programs that I've handled are US Telco, Ride-sharing app in the UK and financial account which are mostly Voice Customer Support. During my first year in the BPO industry I was an Inbound sales support for a High-end car security service in the US, lastly I have a few months of experience for appointment setting. I did cold-calling for a client for his insurance business.
