I've been working since 2006 in Customer Service industry. I've experienced working w/ numbers at a fast paced. I've been working as a call center agent since 2011 and up until the present. I've started with a local account with the leading Telecommunication company in the Phils (Globe Telecom) where I've dealt with high paying customers. The first Int'l account I've handled was also in telecommunication industry where we sell voip phone for the residents of the US. Currently, I've been working for 6 years and 3 months as a Plan Change Officer where we assist customer in profiling the best plan that will suit their demands. I have very good probing and analytical skills. I can work with multiple task. I love working accurately so I worked with tools given to me religiously.
