My name is Charlson Tolentino. I am looking for opportunities where I can apply the skills and knowledge I've gained through my many years of experience in Customer Service, Technical support and Admin Assistance. I graduated with a Bachelors Degree in English Education. I have strong background in computers. I have over 7 years of experience as Technical support/ Customer Service Representative in different arena. My first job was with Cricket as a Customer Service Representative which handles billing concern, customer inquiries and services activation. Then, I worked with Comcast as a Technical Specialist for a year. I am also experienced in email and chat support during my stay with McGraw-Hill Education. When I decided to work home-based, I worked with BeyondMenu, an online ordering company, doing order taking, taking payments and order confirmation. Then, I worked with Mojo Global. I worked there for 2 years as a Customer Service representative, Technical Specialist, Appointment Setter, Client Advocate and I was also part of their LeadGen team. My most recent home-based job was with Whoeasy.com, a reverse-search directory website. I also worked there as a Customer Service Support, taking payments, doing account cancellations and reactivation, answering customer's questions and billing concerns.
