An enthusiastic professional offering over nine years of experience as a BI Analyst, focused on providing business intelligence and analysis solutions to a range of stakeholders, to ensure compliance, performance, financial and operational integrity. I hold a bachelor's degree in Statistics from The University of Nairobi, and certifications in key areas of business intelligence and analysis.

Currently working as the Project lead at Sunesis Consilting, where I contribute planning, designing and implementing end to end automation system architecture useful in improving data quality and building BI dashboards. Demonstrated success in negotiating between teams to consolidate business processes/reports and life-cycle, managing over 500 operations and financial reports to achieve enterprise-wide goals this far. My expertise includes developing and managing multimillion-dollar enterprise platforms, setting business intelligence roadmaps and providing top level support to company executives.

• Management of 500+ corporate Power BI reports, the reports portal and the business intelligence (BI) platform for FMCG

• Optimization of sales and operational efficiency through innovative thinking, process improvement, system enhancements, and best practice sharing; achieving up to 15% rise in efficiency within 3 major projects.

• Engagement and collaboration with aligned teams (sales, account management, and operations) to more effectively achieve data needs and analysis results.

• Devising a way to agree on a dashboard design /analysis approach by coaching all business partners on how to write proper Systems Engineering using case statements.
