In the 9 years that I have worked as a Customer Service Representative, I have attended to customers' needs and concerns which range from account maintenance, email correspondence, data entry. Before I became a call center agent, I was a Catholic Priest for 16 years and decided to retire and took up a different line of work. In the 16 years that I was a priest, I liked reading books and magazines. I also love to write my homilies in preparation for Sunday services. I am hoping that with this work experience I would be able to assist you to the best of my ability.
