Charity is a Qualified Human Resource manager and a charismatic leader with over 5 years' experience in the Public Financial Management System (Oracle, Softsuite, Erpcrebit, GIFMIS, M&E, Information Management, Document Management, Electronic Records Management and Business Process Management (Workflow) and has managed the database system for Thames international which is an award-winning Service Transformation Practice. She served as the Quality Assurance Analyst on the Oracle ERP Quality Assurance for Integrated Personnel and Payroll Information System.
She has consulted quite a few projects from inception, testing to user acceptance. She has a wide experience on the IPPIS applications. She has experiences on the different system implementation including upgrade, Project planning, HRM management, Data gathering, data migration, testing, and training.
