Over the past year, I have gained valuable experience working in both technical and customer-oriented roles. I completed a three-month IT internship where I provided hands-on technical support, assisted in troubleshooting software and hardware issues, installed and configured systems, and supported end users to ensure smooth daily operations. This experience enhanced my problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and ability to communicate complex technical information clearly to non-technical users.

In addition, I worked for one year as a cashier and customer service assistant, where I developed strong interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills. Working closely with customers helped me build confidence in handling inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment. This experience also strengthened my professionalism, teamwork, and commitment to delivering excellent service — qualities that are equally important in remote IT and customer support roles.

My key skills include remote IT support, technical troubleshooting, data entry, virtual assistance, and customer service. I am proficient in tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and various CRM systems. I am also comfortable working with online databases and remote desktop applications.
