I’ve been working as a Virtual Assistant for more than three years.

I first worked as a Virtual Assistant for an Amazon Seller where I sourced products, created product listing and fulfilled orders.

I also worked as a Virtual Assistant for a Shopify Seller. In Social Media department, I handled escalations and customer service, also handled the store's e-mail and responded to customers queries and concerns. I also processed and fulfilled orders, product listing and reviews.
