Before transitioning into Customer Success, I worked as a Real Estate Virtual Assistant supporting agents with lead management, appointment setting, CRM updates, property listings, and administrative tasks. I also have experience as a Bookkeeper in the BPO industry, where I handled financial records, reconciliations, invoicing, and accurate data management.
