Chantelle Mui Backquist

My name is Chantelle Mui Backquist. I am a 32yr old Malaysian spouse residing on Lolland

Falster, Denmark.

I have 12yrs senior management experience, of which I also served as a corporate trainer and an

onsite Learning & Development senior manager. I have designed and developed L&D modules

for European and Asian companies across the various industries between the years of 2009 and

2017. I have trained candidates from senior executive management staff to floor production

staff. I usually conduct my training in English but have done so in Mandarin and Malay on

several occasions. I have also developed modules in Danish.

I am multilingual, fluent in English, Malay, Mandarin and Cantonese. Having just graduated the

government mandated Dansk Uddannelse with Dansk3 Module 5 niveau , I now add Danish as

my 5 th language (at an intermediate level).

I am confident that I would be a good fit for this position as training and teaching others to

overcome their personal limitations and excel at the workplace is a something that drives me.

Problem solving comes natural to me and having managed and worked with multicultural

groups, I am accustomed to practicing sensitivity amongst cultures in the workplace. By hiring
