I was hired for a three-month contract to complete the front-end of a web app designed to help
ESL and FSL educators create lesson plans. This
project was completed using Ruby on Rails with CoffeeScript and SASS.
My role was not only to build and troubleshoot the app's features but also brainstorm with the
team and clients and find the best possible solutions to problems and challenges encountered.
Took on extra responsibility such as QA and back-end development when the original back-end
developer decided to take a job elsewhere.
