Hi, I'm Chanelle. I've been working in the BPO industry for more than 3 years, mostly handling customer service for insurance and financial accounts. I had the chance to work with one of the well-known BPO companies, and through that, I gained a lot of experience in dealing with different types of customers in a professional and respectful way.

Before that, I also worked in sales in other industries outside BPO, like retail, where I worked as a store sales representative. Those experiences helped me become more confident, patient, and good at communicating with people.

I always do my best in every task given to me, and I'm always open to learning and improving. I enjoy helping others and making sure customers feel heard and valued.
