Recent Role Summary
Project Associate in Healthcare at Dynata: working on project management tasks such as effectively setting up new projects within our PPM system (proprietary project management system) and ensure that client requirements are being met, and communicating with PMs, Programmers, and vendors/Partners.
At survey designing stage, once test links received from the programmer, report my observations to the programmer and PM after testing the test links.
Setting up the survey link, targets, quotas, and mail events for the survey and testing the survey links generated by our PPM system to make sure the survey is going live without any issues and test IDs are captured correctly in the survey program.
Get confirmation from PM regarding the survey launch and soft launch targets.
Troubleshoot for traffic issues, if any, in our PPM system.
Monitor the survey in our project management system to provide field update to the PM about the soft launch result.
Wait for full launch until confirmation received from PM.
If vendors/partners are brought on board, share the PP code to programmer to incorporate in the program.
Set up the vendors’ end-redirects in our PPM System, to create partner event and provide survey link to the vendor/partners for testing.
Communicate with vendors to test the link for a complete and a term, and to share the test IDs back to confirm capture at our end.
Work on troubleshooting if issues arise on vendors’ test link and communicate with the vendors/partners regarding solution.
Once test IDs were received from the vendors/partners, share those IDs to programmer to get confirmation regarding the capture, and to clear those test IDs.
Communicate with vendors regarding the capture and to launch (Soft or Full) the survey.
Provide field update daily to vendors as well as the PM.
Work on re-invites and recontact on an as needed basis.
Monitor PPM system and the reports on programming platform daily, and let the PM know once targets were reached.
Pause or close the project upon confirmation from PM and provide final IDs to PM as well as the partners.

Summary Of Projects
Auto-Transcription: When a 2 min segment of audio comes in to the audio folder, Dragon (A Speech Recognition Software) creates.txt file and transcribes in the Text folder within 0.20 to 1.5 min depending upon the clarity of the audio and strength of the profile. Once the Dragon finishes transcribing the audio, Dragon moves the completed audio segment into the respective Text folder. Transcribers access the Text folder and edit the text and upload the file to client or place the edited file into to editor’s folder for further editing if the transcriber is not confident of the quality.
Real Time Transcription: Dragon (A Speech Recognition Software) directly listens from the webcast and transcribes on any window we select. Then a scopist/editor starts editing the text. In this process multiple Transcribers can access and edit text if the file is in a network location (shared location).
