Presently working as 'Design Manager' for AGX Retail Solutions Pvt. Ltd., Bangalore from December 2009 to till date.ISO-9001:2015 certified company.
Initially started working as Assistant Design Manager, later got promoted as a Design Manager.As a Manager need to provide the perfect output by gathering all the information, from designing/adapting the artworks, taking approvals, matching the colors, printing & plotter cutting if any.
Job details are provided by sales team or clients like, how the job has to be executed & what is the final output or product required.
After analyzing the requirement, creating the design or Artwork as per guidelines, connecting with client for approvals or revisions.
After the final approval from client, interacting with Sales dept.& Printing division to prepare the files for final production, with taking care of actual colors & Quality as per the client requirements.
As a Manager need to prioritize the work load and accordingly assigning the jobs to the individuals, verifying the artworks before sending to clients approval & for production.
