·        Intervened as customer advocate on any issues between customer and carrier through proactive interaction with both parties

·        Audited client invoices on a weekly basis to ensure proper billing

·        Consolidation of orders to minimize shipping cost to the customer.

·        Reduced shipping cost by 30% while also maintaining on time delivery rate of 95%.

·        Weekly service metrics review for selected facilities; including cost, on-time performance, route guide compliance, carrier capacity, etc.

·        To Manage and to Co-ordinate for the Deliveries of the Shipments is the Key Responsibility.
