My journey began as a customer service representative, where I honed my communication and problem-solving skills. Over the years, I transitioned into a virtual assistant role, expanding my expertise doing admin tasks, lead generation, skip tracing, cold calling, appointment setting, social media management, drip campaigns, and CRM management.
One of my proudest achievements was receiving an Operations Excellence Award during my BPO years for consistently going above and beyond.
