I started working in the BPO Industry since 2012 as a Travel Specialist with a company from the US. Working with them for more than a year.
After that, I accepted a job opportunity to a different company and I worked with them as a Technical Support Tier 1/Customer Service Representatives and I was working with them for 2 years and 2 months. I learned more troubleshooting ideas for internet and cable services and actually applied those skills at home for my family if they need help or to other friends that needs assistance or don't know about how to do basic troubleshooting steps.
I got an opportunity from a different company as a Collections Associate with a Bank in the US. I was assigned in an Auto Loan department as Collector and call customer to remind them to settle their bill before late fees and other finance charges will be added on to their bill. If they're unable to pay it, we can offer promise-to-pay within 7 days they need to settle it to avoid recurring charges or repossession of the car.
I worked with them for 1 year and 1 month.
I went home to my hometown and find myself a job where it's a home grown call center in our place and worked with them as a customer service representatives and also I was also a Market Survey for an apartment market survey website and do a little data entry job. But I stop because they are reducing agents on that account so I left the company.
I want a stable job and I believe I might find it here as a home base job on this site.
I do know basic microsoft word, a bit of excel.
I can work long term and I am flexible with my time schedule.
