I am in a BPO industry for 3 years now. During my first year I worked in a company based and I handle Auto Insurance Account, that was an outbound calls. Because of my hard work that time I become one of the team leaders. After 1 year I decided to stop working in a company based because I want to do work at home. From 2018 up until this year last November I do Homebased job and I handle Real Estate Account. In Real Estate I am more exposed on making flyers, social media marketing and specially cold calling.
