Currently, as a Manager of Data Enablement at Genpact, I lead initiatives in data wrangling, pre-processing, and advanced visualization, partnering with Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) teams to improve productivity and streamline reporting. My technical proficiency spans Python, R, SQL, and SAS, and I frequently leverage PowerBI and Tableau to communicate complex insights in a clear, compelling way for strategic decisions.

Co-founder of Swacha Data Analytics Hub

In addition to my professional roles, I am the co-founder of Swacha Data Analytics Hub, an initiative dedicated to helping one million working professionals achieve career growth through learning the skills of data analytics. Our mission is to democratize data literacy and empower individuals with the tools and knowledge needed to thrive in a data-driven world.

As a mentor at Great Learning, I support students in the Post Graduate Diploma in Data Science and Business Analytics (PGD DSBA) and the Masters in Data Science (MDS) programs. I am committed to guiding the next generation of data professionals by sharing insights and best practices that will prepare them for the challenges of the analytics field.

• Designed a dynamic pricing model for a supermarket chain, using Market Basket Analysis to optimize pricing and product placement for maximum revenue.

• Developed a music recommendation system applying collaborative filtering and clustering to enhance user engagement.

• Implemented vehicle routing optimization using Ant Colony Optimization, reducing logistics costs and improving efficiency.

My academic background includes a Post Graduate Diploma in Advanced Business Analytics from IIM Ahmedabad. Additionally, I have completed a certification course in Supply chain management and Analytics from IIT Roorkee.
