A web based time off request portal for employers that allows them to conduct resource planning based on availability of
personnel with a fully integrated calendar and approval process.

● Application features include:
○ Employee account registration, login, and logout (Authentication)
○ Employee Profile creation which includes reporting structure, date of hire, and paid time-off balance
○ Employee request creation that allows for employee to complete a request for the date and hours they would like
to be away from work
○ Supervisors have the ability to see all requests submitted to them for approval along with a calendar to see if
multiple people have requested the same day
○ Employees can view the status of their requests on their homepage and they have the ability to make
adjustments if the request has not been approved
○ Administrators can make adjustments to reporting structure, departments, pto balances, and employment status
