I have recently taken training on the Web Design and Development stack including CSS, HTML, MySql, PHP and JavaScript. I have also recently taken classes on Photoshop and the use of Photoshop for Web Design. I am interested in finding employment that will allow me to take advantage of new skills.
In the past, I have helped software organizations improve their software development and business processes using the Rational Unified Process. In particular, I have used the Unified Process in "agile" situations where a lighter process is appropriate. My expertise includes project management, business analysis, requirements analysis, software architecture, technical writing, Rational Unified Process (RUP) implementation and the Unified Modeling Language (UML). My industry experience includes software engineering, commercial software development, defense, manufacturing and finance. I also have experience enterprise wide implementation of IBM-Rational Suite, ClearCase, ClearQuest, project management, life-cycle implementation, OO methodology, and formal quality methods such as ISO-9000 and SEI CMM.
I am well versed in several programming languages and technologies, as well as the compilers and assembly instructions that are required to effectively develop software on either the small or large scale.
