marketing collateral, and social media foundation connecting into the larger agricultural community. Built
wholesale and direct-to-consumer sales channels. Hired a farm management firm to oversee operations.

Drove a digital marketing strategy resulting in a percentage uptick in the polls allowing Tom to make the cut for

Head of social media driving content strategy for five global brands. Built a center of excellence taking a $4m
annual budget that generated over $64m in incremental revenue, turning the social media department from a cost
center to a profit center. Executed a social media strategy that took the Hertz brand from #8 to #1 in the car rental
industry. Hired and developed an award-winning staff. Scaled a global social media team and real-time-marketing
effort including multiple agencies, international teams, and Six-Sigma project managers. Launched an awardwinning Influencer program growing the department to an annual $1m budget that generated over $75m in
earned media resulting in Hertz becoming the top car rental brand for millennials.

Launched the first social media user acquisition campaign for Chick-fil-A. Produced over 200 episodes of
