WORK EXPERIENCE Porch- I started in Porch as a Homeowner Support Representative helping homeowners find the best professional for their home project, afterward I was promoted to Trainer where I was responsible for developing new training material and onboarding new hires. STO - I worked at STO as part of a special team that was in charge of helping customers with their credit card needs and offering special promotions and upgrades. Teletech 2010 – 2013 I was an over the phone Customer Service Agent for Bank of America, my responsibilities were to ensure the customers’ requests were entered correctly or forwarded to the right department and ensuring customer felt their concerns were addressed.
