- Founded and led my own consultant company for 5 years (Efforsa Consulting).
- Led the planning and execution of 9 process improvement and change management projects for
companies in different industries: retail, distribution, service and boimedical engineering.
- Advised the project execution for the designing of the strategic plan and the management model
of “Adolfo Mejía” theater in the city of Cartagena.
- Led the implementation technological tools for the execution of Provenco congress (events
suppliers from the colombian caribbean coast), in its 2018 and 2019 versions.
PROJECT: INNOVATION AND CULTURE LIVING LABS (UTADEO). CARTAGENA, COL.
- Led the execution of 15 activities and 10 products delivery within the project work plan.
- Co-auhored 4 technical reports, 2 scientific research articles, 1 research results book.
- Presented 1 paper in the 2nd Social Responsibility International Congress at Santo Tomás
University (Bogotá).
IDB AND CARTAGENA’S CHAMBER OF COMMERCE (JOINT PROJECT). CARTAGENA, COL.
- Led a 9 consultant team to advise 65 cultural startups in their business plan development and
organizational strengthening in the project ATN / ME-11946-CO.
- Developed 8 business plans and 4 improvement plans for the project’s cultural startups.
- Prepared 4 annual reports of the project’s cultural startups diagnosis and performance.
