I have worked as a student support/virtual assistant for 2 years. My tasks include email handling, scheduling meetings, data entry, updating contact/student records and occasionally making calls.
Prior to that, I worked overseas doing data encoding jobs from courier to construction companies for some time. I am familiar with Microsoft Office applications especially Word and Excel.
