I’m Mutheu Celine, a virtual assistant based in Nairobi, Kenya, with over 7 years of
experience in event management and running my own business. Following the COVID-19
pandemic, I transitioned into remote support, leveraging my strengths in planning,
organizing, execution, and coordination to assist businesses virtually.
I now support startups in coaching, tech, health and wellness, and construction by
providing dependable operational support, project coordination and planning, as well as
administrative and executive assistance. With a strong background in business. I
management, sales, and virtual assistance, I help streamline workflows, improve internal
processes, and ensure teams stay organized and focused.
My goal is to bring structure, clarity, and consistency behind the scenes so founders and
teams can concentrate on strategy and sustainable growth.

TERMS & POLICY
Rates are negotiable for long-term work.
Unused hours do not roll over—clients must use booked hours within the agreed
timeframe.
Project Scope & Revisions
Clear project instructions must be provided before work begins.
Revisions are limited to two minor adjustments per project.
Major changes or complete reworks due to new ideas will incur additional charges.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
No refunds once work has started.
Clients must give at least 48 hours' notice if they need to adjust deadlines or reschedule
booked working hours.
If a client decides to discontinue the project, payment will be due for hours worked.
Communication & Availability
Open and timely communication is essential—I provide regular updates, and clients are
expected to give clear direction and feedback.
I am available during agreed working hours and will respond within 24 hours on business
days.
Confidentiality & Work Ownership
All client information is kept confidential.
Final work is delivered upon full payment and becomes the client’s property.
