I posses excellent time management skills and adapt rather quickly to fast paced environments.

I am an excellent communicator and pride myself in making sure everyone I come in contact with is provided with accurate information as this drives better results.

My past experiences have allowed me to demonstrate my problem solving skills and acquire the necessary experience in confidently dealing with customers.

In my role as a Customer Service Representative, I was awarded numerous times for outstanding performances which allowed me the opportunity of being a team lead.
