I am a Customer Service Representative with over 3 years of experience in delivering world class services remotely. I have worked previously in roles such as Appointment Setting and Cold Calling/Call Center Agent where i developed my interpersonal and communication skills. I am skilled in building rapport with customers/clients and establishing a professional relationship to help my employer meet their set goals.

In a previous role as a Call Center Quality Assurance/Monitoring Agent as well, i used my active listening skills and keen attention to details to monitor, sift through and vet the output of call center agents making sure that it meets the required quality standards of the company.

I am self motivated and skilled in the use of various CRMs. I am also emotionally intelligent and culturally sensitive which makes me easily adaptable to work with people from any cultural background or social circle.
