I’m a recent Psychology graduate from Concordia University with a strong academic record (GPA: 4.11), over a decade in customer service roles, and a background in research, patient care, and team leadership.

Most recently, I worked as a Patient Care Advocate at Circle Medical, where I coordinated patients’ care with providers, resolved insurance and billing issues, and served as a key point of contact to ensure patients received timely, compassionate healthcare.

Previously, I developed my leadership and operations skills through roles at McDonald’s Canada and Intermezzo Traiteur, where I led teams, managed complex tasks under pressure, and prioritized exceptional service.

Fluent in English and conversational in French, I’m also comfortable with a variety of digital tools including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and JASP. I was proud to receive the Faculty of Arts and Science Scholar’s Award for ranking in the top 1% of psychology students at Concordia.
