From March 20th 2020 to January 2021, worked as first line of contact for a multilingual company;solving client issues with their subscription and also basic IT issues arising from their phones, laptops, Tv and internet connection issues.
From February 2021 to January 2022,worked as internal support;solving issues transfered to me by level 1 agents via chats and also solving and following up cases created via via email by clients and level 1 colleagues.
