I have almost 4 years of experience in Customer Service assisting US and Australian customers. I was part of one of the biggest BPO Companies in the Philippines.

I can provide e-mail, chat, remote access and phone support. It is my goal to do everything I can to achieve and exceed customer satisfaction.

Throughout my years of experience in Sales, Customer Service and Technical Support, I was able to hone and gather skills such as patience, attentiveness, empathy, positive attitude, time management, and calmness which are essentials for quality customer service.

I am always willing to learn and familiarize myself with the products and services in order to provide the best possible support to customers.
